Lemon Shrimp by Christi


  • 1 Stick of Butter
  • 2 lb of Shrimp
  • 1 packet of Italian Seasoning


Melt a stick of butter in the pan. Slice one lemon and layer it on top of the butter. Put down fresh shrimp, then sprinkle one pack of dried Italian seasoning. Put in the oven and bake at 350 for 15 min.

The first time I made this I followed the recipe to a “T”. It was meh but it tasted like something was missing; seasoning. Yes, it tasted plain. What I did the second time, I added Tony Chachere’s seasoning. You could also use crab boil seasoning. Both of these seasonings made the shrimp taste more exciting.
