Deliciously ripe strawberries stuffed with cream cheese and dipped in chocolate make a fun 4th of July treat!

- 2 lbs fresh strawberries
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 12 oz white chocolate chips
- blue sugar crystals
- 1 sheet graham crackers, crushed, for topping
Prepare the Strawberries:
Wash and rinse strawberries.
Using a paring knife, hull the strawberries by cutting out the stems and a small portion of the inside to create a cavity for the filling.
Barely cut the bottoms off so that they can sit flat in an upright position.
Make the Filling:
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
Use a hand mixer or whisk to blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Prepare the white chocolate
Set and Serve
Place the decorated strawberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature or place the strawberries in the refrigerator for quicker setting.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
