- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with non-stick spray.
Make the Meatballs:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef (or turkey), breadcrumbs, egg, milk, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
Form the Meatballs
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they are evenly spaced.
Bake:
- Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
Prepare the Sauce:
- While the meatballs are baking, prepare the honey buffalo sauce. In a small saucepan, combine the buffalo sauce, honey, and butter. Cook over medium heat, whisking occasionally until the butter is melted and the sauce is smooth.
Glaze the Meatballs:
- Once the meatballs are cooked, remove them from the oven and brush them generously with the honey buffalo sauce. You can also toss them in the sauce for a more even coating.
